Indicator Description
US

Coupler power indicator:

① Green steady on: US powered normally;

② Off: US not powered;

③ Yellow indicator steady on: US undervoltage under normal power supply (indicated when below 20 V)

Note: When UA is powered normally and US is not powered, the US indicator does not light red as an indication but remains off

UA

Peripheral power supply indicator:

① Green steady on: UA powered normally;

② Off: UA not powered;

③ Yellow indicator steady on: UA undervoltage while US is powered normally (undervoltage is indicated when the voltage drops below 20 V)

Note: When US is powered normally and UA is not powered, the UA indicator lights red as a reminder

BF

EtherNet/IP communication indicator:

① Red indicator steady on: EtherNet/IP communication fault;

② Red indicator off: EtherNet/IP communication normal;

SF

① Red indicator steady on: the byte count of the configured modules is inconsistent with the actual connection (configuration error)

② Red indicator flashing (1 Hz): IO-Link configuration error, when the configured bytes are fewer than the IO-Link slave's input/output bytes or the configured model is inconsistent with the actually connected model; IO-Link configuration exceeds 32 bytes;

③ Red indicator flashing (5 Hz): IO-Link digital slave DO output short circuit;

④ Red indicator off: no error.

XF1

XF1 port communication indicator: the indicator lights up to indicate that the XF1 port is connected for communication.

XF2

XF2 port communication indicator: the indicator lights up to indicate that the XF2 port is connected for communication.

00 indicator of X01~X08 (IO-Link mode)

IO-Link communication indicator:

① Green indicator steady on: IO-Link communication connection normal;

② Green blinking (1 Hz): IO-Link communication connection abnormal;

③ Green indicator off: IO-Link not enabled;

④ Red blinking (1 Hz):

1. IO-Link configuration error on this port;

2. Port IO-Link slave undervoltage;

⑤ Red LED flashing (5 Hz): IO short circuit on the IO-Link digital slave;

⑥ Red indicator steady on: IO-Link PIN4 communication line short circuit;

01 indicator of X01~X08 (IO-Link mode)

PIN2 signal indicator

In Class A mode:

① Green indicator steady on: PIN2 has PNP signal input or output

② Green indicator off: PIN2 has no PNP signal input or output

③ Red indicator steady on: PIN2 short circuit

In Class B mode:

① Green indicator steady on: PIN2 has 24 V output

② Green indicator off: PIN2 has no 24 V output

③ Red indicator steady on: PIN2 short circuit

00 and 01 indicators of X01~X08 (PNP input mode)

00 indicator:

① Green indicator steady on: PNP input present on PIN4;

② Green indicator off: no PNP input on PIN4;

01 indicator:

① Green indicator steady on: PIN2 has PNP signal input or output

② Green indicator off: PIN2 has no PNP signal input or output

③ Red indicator steady on: PIN2 short circuit

00 indicator of X01~X08 (PNP/NPN output mode)

00 indicator:

① Green indicator off: no output on PIN 4;

② Green indicator steady on: output present on PIN 4;

③ Red indicator steady on: PIN 4 short circuit;

01 indicator:

① Green indicator steady on: PIN2 has PNP signal input or output

② Green indicator off: PIN2 has no PNP signal input or output

③ Red indicator steady on: PIN2 short circuit

00 and 01 indicators of X01~X08 (fault status)

IO-Link mode:

00 and 01 red indicators flashing simultaneously (1 Hz): power PIN 1 short circuit;

00 Red indicator flashing (1 Hz): IO-Link configuration error;

PNP/NPN output mode, PNP input mode:
