Definition of EtherCAT coupler indicators

PWR Power indicator Green Always ON The module power is working normally 
OFF The module is not powered or the power supply is abnormal
OVR Overload indicator Red OFF No overloaded
Always ON At more than 90% (±5%) of the load
RUN EtherCAT running status indicator Green Always ON EtherCAT OP status
Flashing 2.5Hz EtherCAT PreOP status
Single flash (always on for 200ms and off for 1s alternately)  EtherCAT SafeOP status
Flash at 10Hz BootStrap status
OFF EtherCAT Init status
